Men's Day of Recollection

You are invited to a Saturday Morning Men’s program sponsored by St. Michael the Archangel Parish and the “Be A Catholic Man (BACM) Initiative (affiliated with the Scranton Diocesan Men’s Conference). The program will be held at St. Michael the Archangel, 1703 Jackson St, Scranton, PA 18504, on June 25, 2022.
The following will be the schedule:

•  8:00am – Adoration and Confessions
• 9:00am – Mass
• 9:45am - Registration and Breakfast Reception  
• 10:00am - Welcome and introductions
• Opening Prayer
• 10:15 - Knights of Columbus Videos on “Masculinity”, “Prayer” and “Life”                                                (from Bishop Olmsted’s exhortation “Into the Breach”)
• 10:45am – 11:15am - Video Discussions
• 11:15am - 11:35am - Talk by Dr. Nathan Lefler, Theology Department at University of Scranton
• 11:35 -12:00pm - Open Forum Discussions
• 12:00pm - Intentions and Closing Prayer

We hope you can join us for this prayerful and inspiring time to rub shoulders with like-minded men interested in delving deeper into the beauty and strength of our Catholic faith. This is a free program, and you are welcome to bring a friend, father, son, uncle, nephew, etc. (Note: men under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a guardian).
We also hope you can take advantage of Confession and Mass at the beautiful St. Michael the Archangel Church.
